Shredded Pork Chili--Cincinnati Style!

I found this new company at my local grocery store called "Old Neighbor" that had shredded pork for sale in the meat section--my mind reeled with the possibilities!  First time out I chose to go with Chili.  OMG!  So good.  Can tacos, enchiladas empanadas or even stuffed cabbage (a.k.a. Pigs in the Blanket) be far behind?
