President's Day Trip to the Zoo: Maryland Aviary
My last stop was in the Maryland Wilderness area and the Maryland Aviary. The area is home to North American River Otter, Bobcat, a Cave with bats, snakes, a hellbender, and faux mastodon fossils. The Aviary features Cranes, Herons, Egrets, and several species of waterfowl.
A true bat cave! Along with snakes, fossils and even a cave spider!
