Cabbage and Sausage

I do love cabbage.  Here I've cooked it with diced onions, minced garlic, a package of sauerkraut (right, more cabbage!) and Ro-TEL diced tomatoes (the mild recipe--which are quite picante).  The sausage is a smoked "hot" sausage, too.  Besides cabbage, I like a little peek in my food.
