Audrey's Back

It is an annual ritual that comes the right day in mid-April, and Audrey exists the sunroom to return to her perch on the deck.  The old girl's over 30 years old!  Been with me since I purchased her back in 1984 in a 4 inch pot.  With her on the deck, can SUmmer be far away? 

Mourning Doves

I heard them before I saw them and then I wondered...  They seemed to be very interested in the tangle or rose vines over my little loggia on the deck.  But how interested?  Apparently very!  They are building a nest.  How fascinating to watch.
