The Theme was Seafood.
Appetizer:
Peruvian Jumbo Shrimp cocktail with Fiery Cocktail sauce, Greek Pepperoncini and Celery sticks.
Salad:
Iceberg Lettuce, Red and Green Peppers, Cucumbers, Black Olives, Radishes and faux Crab...(there was a budget!)
Main Dish:
Pan fried Wild Atlantic Sea Cod with a Cilantro Yogurt Sauce
Sides:
Cauliflower and Leek Au Gratin with Bacon
Over roasted Green Beans and Cherries with Moroccan Spices
Dessert? Saving that for another day, another feast!
