President's Day Trip to the Zoo: African Journey #3

After visiting this area I went on down to the Giraffe House and visited with the Giraffes and Okapis. Next down to the African Elephants which were all out.  After this I walked around to the Primate House to see the Chimps, Colobus, Lemurs, Sifakas and Poison Dart Frogs.  On my way there, I also stopped by the African Lions.

 Tuffy is the bull African Elephant.

 Anna is the elder matriarch.

 Both Anna and Felix were out.  Felix is also a female.

 The zoo has one species of poison dart frogs, the Panamanian Golden PD Frog.  They had completely up graded the inclosure.  This species of PD Frog is extinct in the wild.
