Salad-tastic

Sometimes you know you need to go to the store.  But it's lunch time, which means it's salad time, and you look in the fridge and hope for the best.  Today I found the last wedge of a head of Iceberg lettuce, the last few grape tomatoes, half a head of cabbage...oh, and a jar of Peperoncini!  Also grab the bottle of Ken's Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing, and voila!  A salad like no other so far is born.  Presentable and delicious, too.
