I do love spinach! This Spinach pie will testify! No eggs, not a quiche. Lots of spinach, mushrooms, with cream cheese, feta cheese, and topped with a little Mozzarella cheese. Seasoned with minced garlic and fresh dill. No extra salt, either. Just yummy-ness to spare.
