A) A large pkg of Sauerkraut
B) A smallish head of Cabbage (Cut into 1" squares)
C) 2 cans of RoTel Diced Tomatoes (1 HOT and 1 ORIGINAL)
D) A pkg of lean Stew Beef cuts.
1) Combine it all together save for 1/2 of the Sauerkraut and mix well.
2) Place into a slow cooker.
3) Top with remaining Sauerkraut.
4) Cook on level 2 for 6 to 8 hours.
Voila!
