From this area of the zoo, it is an natural walk down to the Farm Yard with access to petting encounters. As zoos go this space is average. In the little open plaza space before the barn there is an open shed with two species of Owls: Stripped and Barn. Within the barn there is a miniature donkey, and pony, some goats and some Jacob's Four-horned Sheep. Beyond that area is a small space for fowl, but it was under renovation.
