The generous rains of the year-to-date have taken an hiatus. Things are now dry and I find myself watering to keep some of my gardens vibrant. While running the sprinkler in my front yard, I spied a Carolina Wren take advantage of the faux rain shower to take a shower of its own! Such curious and industrious little birds.
